- User Content means any Content that Users post, upload, submit, distribute, or otherwise communicate to or through the Platform.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

- Providing accurate growing practices information
We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable laws.
4.4 Licensing and Certification Verification
Sellers of cottage foods, processed foods, and certain agricultural products must provide proof of applicable licenses, permits, and certifications. Harvest Hub Garden may verify this information and display verification status to Buyers.
Sellers agree to:
- Provide current and valid documentation
- Update documentation before expiration
- Comply with any changes in regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to verification requests
- Cease selling products if required permits lapse
4.5 Seller Fees and Payments
Sellers agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our Fee Schedule, which may include:
- Platform commission on sales (percentage of transaction)
- Subscription fees (if applicable)
- Listing fees (if applicable)
- Featured listing or promotion fees (if applicable)
- Payment processing fees
Payment terms, payout schedules, and minimum payout thresholds will be detailed in the Seller Dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our Fee Schedule with 30 days' notice.
4.6 Taxes
Sellers are responsible for:
- Determining applicable sales tax requirements
- Collecting and remitting sales tax to appropriate authorities
- Reporting income for tax purposes
- Maintaining tax records as required by law
Harvest Hub Garden may provide tools to help calculate sales tax but makes no guarantees regarding tax calculation accuracy.
4.7 Order Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for:
- Timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintaining product quality and freshness
- Safe packaging for food products
- Communicating with Buyers about order status
- Arranging pickup or delivery as specified in listings
- Addressing product quality issues
5. BUYER TERMS
5.1 Purchasing Products
When purchasing products through Harvest Hub Garden, Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Complete the transaction process as described
- Comply with terms specific to each purchase
- Respect Sellers' policies regarding pickup, delivery, and returns
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
5.3 Order Cancellations and Returns
- Order cancellation and return policies are set by individual Sellers
- Perishable products may have limited or no return options
- Buyers should review Seller policies before completing purchases
- Harvest Hub Garden may facilitate dispute resolution but is not responsible for processing returns or refunds directly
5.4 Food Safety Awareness
Buyers acknowledge that:
- Cottage foods are produced in home kitchens not subject to commercial food safety inspections
- Fresh produce may not have undergone commercial washing or processing
- Some products may contain allergens or be produced in facilities where allergens are present
- Proper food handling and storage is the Buyer's responsibility after purchase
- Local and seasonal products may vary in appearance from commercial counterparts
6. PLATFORM RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Manipulate platform ratings or reviews
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Attempt to bypass our fee structure
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Interfere with the proper operation of the platform
- Access or use the platform through automated means without our permission

6.2 Food Safety Standards
All food products sold on the platform must:
- Comply with applicable cottage food laws or commercial food regulations

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Harvest Hub Garden. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
